Sonny has been feeling not well lately. He's been losing weight which isn't good for a small cat. He hasn't been eating and drinking as he used to, nor is he his usual annoying self. A check-up showed nothing and antibiotics didn't do squat. We told the vet that when this happened last time, the vet gave him an IV of fluids. His current vet didn't think it would do anything, and wanted to exploratory surgery. Our insistence paid off and he gave the IV. Sonny became better, and started eating and drinking again. We started giving him canned food as well. He put on weight and had a full recovery. Check out the photo of him after they put the IV into his arm. He sloshed around for a few days.
